Due to COVID and worldwide attention on Infection Control, our patients are more informed about PPE, disinfectants and hand hygiene. Now is the time to review, update, and fine tune our infection control knowledge, skills and procedures. In this high-energy, memorable course, learn how to update existing infection control practices to meet the current CDC Guidelines. Examples of infection control DO's and DON’Ts and hands on demonstrations will provide the participant with valuable tips. This program will motivate the participant to strive for infection control excellence. Leslie Canham, CDA, RDA, CSP is a speaker and consultant specializing in Infection Control, OSHA Compliance, Dental Practice Act, HIPAA regulations, and a variety of subjects that involve accommodating and treating special needs patients and patients living with HIV/Aids. Leslie is a Certified Speaking Professional and lectures nationally and internationally. For the 10th year, she is listed as a leader in consulting by Dentistry Today. With over 49 years of experience, Leslie provides in-office training, audits, mock-inspections, consulting and webinars. She is frequently called upon to investigate breaches for governmental agencies and the private sector and is authorized by the Department of Labor as an OSHA outreach trainer. Leslie is an active member of OSAP, SCN, ADAA, CDA, CADAT, AADOM and the National Speakers Association.
